Job Listing: Operations Manager

A company in the South Central PA is looking for an Operations Manager who has experience in construction management and business.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES SHOULD INCLUDE:
*Manage and direct all aspects of operations
*Thorough knowledge of EIFS, stucco, and plastering
*Demonstrate experience in establishing budgets and
monitoring job costs and expenses
*Able to apply effective management techniques to increase
productivity, profitability, and accountability for performance
*Demonstrate ability to negotiate and mediate effectively
*Above average written and verbal communication skills, ability
to effectively interact with diverse cultures
*Demonstrate effectiveness as a project manager
*Estimating experience, preferably in the EDGE
estimating system
*Exceptional interpersonal skills
*Effective problem resolution skills
*Familiarity with OSHA laws, including the ability to recognize
and correct potential OSHA hazards
*Must be highly organized and able to monitor and manage
numerous projects and prioritize workloads of
reporting employees
