Job Listing: Licensed Project Architect

Our client, an entertainment development firm, is seeking a Licensed Project Architect to join its creative team. The Project Architect will be responsible for design and execution of large-scale, high-profile projects, including theme parks, resorts, hotels, entertainment, mixed-use, real estate developments, and cruise ships.

JOB DESCRIPTION
-The Project Architect will be responsible for the Architectural leadership within a multi-discipline project environment.
-The Project Architect will be responsible for taking over projects once they go through the concept stage and carry them through to construction.
-The Project Architect will serve as the bridge between the designers and the Project Managers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Project Architect candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and have 10-15 years of experience working on large/complex projects
-A professional architect's license in California and/or Florida is required.
-Must have 10 years of experience managing an architectural design staff during the production of contract documents for construction.
-On-site field experience is required.
-Must be very hands on - able to produce layouts, details, drawings, etc.
-Must have knowledge of a variety of architectural design styles, including period and themed designs.
-Knowledge of AutoCAD is required. Experience with 3D & BIM programs is a plus.
-Experience working within a collaborative team environment is required.

  • LICENSED PROJECT ARCHITECT WITH 10-15 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.

  • AND LARGE SCALE RETAIL DEVELOPMENTS.
  • BACHELOR''S DEGREE IN ARCHITECTURE AND EXPERIENCE WITH THEMED DESIGN.

    Salary and Benefits

    Rate: $90,000 to $140,000 per Year
