Job Listing: Construction Superintendent

An interior systems contractor in the Dallas, TX area has four openings for superintendents. The superintendent will be responsible for overseeing finish outs for commercial projects including banks.

This individual should be someone looking to work in both the Dallas and Houston areas. The project is anticipated to last at least 4 months and is a contract only position.


Compensation will be $800-$1200 a week based on experience.

The position will begin in November.


MAJOR JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Remodeling projects with an operational business
- Overseeing completion finish out projects
- Maintaining schedules
- Supervising crews


REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Experienced Superintendent with 4 to 6 years of commercial retail experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills
