Job Listing: Central Verifier

Aerotek Inc. is seeking part - time individuals to work as Central Verifier's. The Central Verifier's main responsibility is to disseminate all time cards that cannot be read by the Automated Hours System to the appropriate field offices. They will also be required to help manage the offices "queue's" in the Workflow System.

Primary Responsibilities:

Verify unread data on faxed time cards.

Review and correct images of time cards and correct all misread fields of the time cards so those hours can be downloaded into PeopleSoft.

Assist AHCS Manager of Operations Support to prepare for system testing and transfer all information from current standard time cards to AHCS standard time cards needed for testing experience.

Disseminate all "napkin" time cards to their appropriate offices, retrieve all time card images that are not able to be read by the Teleform system and forward them to their appropriate office for hours entry.

Help the AHCS MOS to monitor the field offices' progress with working their weekly time card "queue's" in Workflow and assist with miscellaneous projects when necessary.

Qualifications:

Ability to work independently.
Detail - Oriented while also working quickly.
Ability to work under some pressure.
Ability to organize and manage time to meet specified deadlines.
Ability to communicate with internal customers and team members.
Superior customer service skills.
Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer and Netscape.
