Job Listing: Help Desk Technician II

Our client, in York, PA, has an immediate opening for a help desk level II position. Our client has a fast paced enterprise health care provider.

This is a part time position supporting the weekend 3rd shift only, Friday/Saturday/Sunday, 7pm to 7am. This candidate will work 36+ hours during the weekend shift at their facility. The client has a strong focus on customer service and all candidates must possess not only the desired technical skills, but strong interpersonal skills to work with demanding people and situations. Candidates will have to field 30-50 plus calls during their shift on a nightly basis.

Qualified candidates must have level II help desk experience in an enterprise environment. Experience working with over 7300 end users is a plus and windows XP. The ability to troubleshoot desktop issues related to MS Office Suite, Exchange email. Exposure to ticketing system (ideally Perigryn/Remedy) is important. Highly desired candidates will live closer to York, PA.
