Job Listing: Sr PL/SQL Developer

TEKsystems is currently looking for a Sr level Oracle PL/SQL Developer for a client located in Burlington, NJ. This is a right-to-hire opportunity. Candidates must be willing to work on a W-2 basis and convert to permanent employment.

The client is looking for candidates that have experience doing web development and using Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports at companies in the retail industry.

Daily responsibilities include:

-Working on a current Allocations/Planning Project, the work will be split 50/50, between coding and also working with the users and buyers to plan sales and allocations.
-Candidates will need to have good communication and a customer service mentality as well since they will be daily interaction with users, on the phone as well as in person.
-Candidates will also be required to be on call to work one Sunday out of every month.

Required Skills:

-PL/SQL Development-solid 3-5 years experience
-Oracle Retail, which is a new Oracle retail system that Oracle bought, formally known as Retek, so experience with that is also applicable
-Oracle Forms
-Oracle Reports



Nice to Haves:

-C Programming
-Experience in the retail industry
-Microsoft Business Intelligence
-Javascript
-Perl Scripting
