Job Listing: Software Specialist

TEKsystems has an opening for a Software Specialist in Columbia, South Carolina. The position is contract-to-hire.

Daily responsibilities include supporting third party software and ensuring smooth implementation and smooth functionality within our clients environment. Part of the typical workday will include troubleshooting specific issues that users are having with third party software. The other part of the time will be working with vendors who are implementing and upgrading their software, training users, working with business groups who use the software, upgrading, taking instructions and interacting with vendors.

Software implementation experience as well as scripting and SQL experience is required. Experience with Citrix, iSeries, and .NET is a plus.

This position is available immediately. This is a business casual environment. All candidates are subject to credit check, drug and background screen.
