Job Listing: Inside Sales

Responsibilities:

- Qualify the types of companies that would be a good fit for the services we offer.
- Identify potential prospects.
- Track marketing programs and provide feedback on quality of leads.
- Work with the Sales Representatives to cross generate leads.
- Capture all relevant information in proprietary database.
-Managing leads by tracking and following up on them

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of proven success with prospecting and qualifying sales leads via outbound phone calling in a service based company
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Results oriented self-starter with a great attitude and strong organizational skills
-Knowledge of retail and/or loss prevention industry a plus
- Ability to function as a team player as well as an individual contributor
