Job Listing: Inbound Telecom Customer Service

Our client, a telecommunications provider in North Orlando, is seeking skilled and qualified call center agents. This position will be responsible for customer care regarding inbound calls from small to mid sized business clients needing assistance with their service.

On a day-to-day basis, this individual will be answering phones, responding to small business clients and diagnosing their technical issues. This person will be recording and documenting customer information, as well as updating internal software with key information. This individual will be answering calls pertaining to service issues, creating work order tickets and/or patching call to appropriate departments. These candidates will also be required to perform a soft sell at the end of each call.

To be qualified for this position, individuals should have a customer service background; work history within a call center environment is a plus. This individual needs to have solid experience with computer software and have a general interest in technical issues/computer systems. Candidates should be comfortable working with high call volumes. These candidates must be able to work in between the hours of 7 AM-9 PM, 7 days/week. Candidates will need to be able to work in either the Maitland or Apopka branches.
