Job Listing: Customer Service Representative

Aerotek is currently seeking Customer Service / Call Center Representatives to work in the Owings Mills area. Our client, one of the largest credit card leaders in the world is actively hiring for energetic, qualified and reliable candidates.

Some of the requirements for this position will be the following:

- Monitoring cardholders accounts for fraudulent activity

- Activating passwords and pin numbers for cardholders

- Answer inbound customer and cardholder inquiries

- Analyze transaction patterns and react quickly to high-risk situations

In addition, candidates should posses PC skills including Microsoft Office and have a strong customer service or call center background.
