ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TYPICAL FOR MOST POSITIONS: (Job's essential or most important functions and responsibilities. Include all important aspects of the job -- whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals.)

1. Performs visual inspection of electronic card and sub-assemblies, and systems or units to ensure that all product meets the established specifications for reliability and workmanship.
2. Utilizes gages, templates, microscopes and other manufacturing aids to ensure that all product meets the established specifications for reliability and workmanship.
3. Ensures that all required process operations have been performed on the product that is being inspected.
4. Enters all quality data into the appropriate electronic or manual systems.
5. Notifies the appropriate personnel if unusual product defects are identified or if process yields fall below acceptable levels.
6. Provides timely feedback to manufacturing if non-conforming product is identified.
7. Accurately completes all administrative activities associated with quality inspection.
8. Performs process audits and assists manufacturing with the interpretation of the quality and workmanship standards.
9. Assists with the disposition of all non-conforming materials/product.

*Critical Visual inspections that require great attention to detail (Good eye sight is a must)
*Basic knowledge of Computers, Servers, and High end storage devices. *Candidate must understand system configuration detail to ensure customer is receiving exactly what is ordered.
*Software/Systems used include but not limited to: Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe(viewing only), Lotus Notes, Flex Flow, Super, HP's Engineering Database (Bill of Materials)
*Candidate must have a working knowledge of Windows based operating systems. Being able to navigate windows is critical
*Basic understanding of ESD and 5S
*Ability to learn fast in a high paced stressful environment

Position Skills Details/Qualifications Needed:

1 year electronics manufacturing experience
1 year quality assurance or quality control
Working knowledge of Windows Vista and XP
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
