Job Listing: Concrete Construction Project Manager

Aerotek E&E is looking for a Construction Project Manager for a position in Cincinnati, OH. This person must have a BS in Construction Management or related engineering field.

Job Requirements:
*Travel may be required for some projects
*BS in Construction Management or related engineering field
*Experience managing multiple projects dealing with heavy concrete construction
*Minimum 5 years experience in commercial or industrial construction project management


Job Duties:
*Oversee Assistant Project Manager's and a few project Facilitators
*Oversee budgeting and projection of cost
*Approve payments
*Review, approve and track change orders
*Initiate and track owner change orders
*Coordinate site team possibly including sitting on site when the Superintendent is on vacation
*Attend project meeting confirming and resolving schedule, completion status and contractual issues
