Our client is looking for technical support representatives. This position is a great opportunity for someone with customer service experience and a background in the IT field, whether it is a result of training or professional experience.
Responsibilities include: communicating with subscribers, technicians and company representatives to provide assistance and resolve inquiries or problems with regards to online service. They will also have to identify, support, and resolves customer service related issues.
To be qualified for this position one should have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to operate a computer. This individual should have the drive to work in a fast paced environment and must be willing to work flexible hours. They have to be very reliable.
The position starts with 5 weeks of paid training. However, candidate must have IT skills prior to training. It is a combination of classroom style and on the phones. The shift for training will either be 1st shift. After 5 weeks they will get a schedule of 8 hours, 5 days a week (40 hours total), SHIFT: 3:30pm-12:00am. They will have to work AT LEAST one weekend day.
After 3-6 months on contract they are eligible to go perm. They will be evaluated on attendance,and performance.
