Customer Service Rep Job Description:

Our Client, a leader in the telecommunications industry is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their team in Stratford, CT.

On a day to day basis, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for taking a high-volume of incoming calls from customers, technicians, and company representatives and providing them with assistance in resolving inquiries or problems. Most inquiries have to do with resolution of billing issues and basic troubleshooting.

Qualified candidates should be responsible, punctual, and customer service driven. A candidate is eligible if he or she has AT LEAST ONE of the following:

-Minimum 1-year of Call Center Experience
-Minimum 1-year of Teller/Banking Experience
-Associates Degree
