A leading gaming manufacture is looking for an Application Support Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years direct customer support experience.
Experience writing/executing T-SQL queries
This position will be in charge to ensure maintenance of personal Service Level Agreement(s) with companies vendors
Diligently utilize the Remedy problem management tool for logging problem/resolution activities.
Verify daily outstanding customer issues until completion of the customers requests
Manage hot site issues by setting customer expectations, being available on-call, and professionally communicating to all parties involved.
Analyzes data trends in companies CMS software and SQL Databases
Provides ad-hoc technical training to customers on games and CMS product to customers either verbally or in writing
Manages turnover process to National Service Support Center for installations
Troubleshoots problems with all CMS software products
Acquire and coordinate resources from other groups as needed to resolved CMS issues
Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, direction, and strategy Demonstrate strategic thinking with value-add contributions
This position will travel to various casinos in the US that have the companies CMS to provide on-site support during roll-outs, upgrades, or corrections. It is 50-60% travel.
