Job Listing: Project Engineer / Event Coordinator

One of our clients, a national defense contractor, is actively seeking an engineer to work as an Event Coordinator to manage efforts to support an event, exercise, simulation and/or conference.

This person will interact with the customer liaison to identify the objectives and requirements of the event, to include generating an event worksheet. Main tasks will also include working with systems and network engineers to detail the specific test environment modifications and configurations necessary to support an event.

Coordinator will work with project managers to define schedules, will develop and manage the infrastructure schedule management process, will help identify integration across projects, will identify critical paths, and will coordinate with task managers for progress/status. MUST have experience in missile defense and be familiar with USSTRATCOM, USNORTHCOM and JFCC-IMD. Prior Public Affairs and military protocol experience is highly desired.

Must have or be able to obtain a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SSBI if required.
