Job Listing: Project Coordinator/Accountant

A commercial construction company is looking for a qualified Project Coordinator/Accountant for their Phoenix office. This position supports the Project Manager.

Responsibilities include:
Accounting and Finance (accounts payable, payroll, lien releases, budget revision, contract requests, purchase orders)

Project Support (RFP's, RFI's, bid packages, proposals, construction schedules on MS Project and cost spreadsheets on Excel)

Administrative Duties (File management, MS Outlook assistance, inventory control, correspondence)

Qualifications:
College degree in business, finance or accounting preferred
3-5 years of experience in the construction of finance industry
Familiarity with the construction process and terminology
