Position: SR. Project Manager

Location: Roseville, CA

Salary: $85K-$95K DOE+ bonuses & benefits

Sr. Project Managers

***5-10 years of SR. Project Management in the commercial, retail or healthcare construction industry.

***Grocery and Church experience.

***Ground-up and Tilt-up Projects.

***Job Costing, budgeting and buy-out experience.

***Bachelors degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred, but may be substituted with experience.

Senior Project Manager job responsibilities will include but are not limited to working with Project Managers, Estimators, and Superintendents to plan and manage large commercial construction. Will be responsible for the oversight of multiple Project Managers and Projects.
