Job Listing: Electrical Engineer

This is your chance to work for a large, well-established MEP consulting firm in the areas of health care, laboratory, pharmaceutical/biotechnology, high technology, commercial, data processing, telecommunications, research and development, airport, hospitality, libraries, museums, education, retail, industrial process, manufacturing, public buildings and historic facilities.

Right now, their most pressing need is a direct placement, full-time technical engineer experienced with facility electrical layouts.

To be considered for this position, you must have the following:

-7-10 years experience designing and performing calculations of power distribution systems, lighting, security/fire alarm, and voice/data systems for institutional, commercial, municipal and/or healthcare facilities
-Strong communication skills, as they will interface across disciplines in the large MEP firm, and also with their clients
-Candidate shall have a good working knowledge of AutoCAD
-Experience providing technical guidance and assistance to lower level Designers and Technicians

The following will likely give you an advantage for this position:

-Candidates would be encouraged to either have, or be pursuing, LEED accreditation and PE license
-Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
