Job Listing: Senior Manager, Operations

Aerotek's client, located in Memphis, TN, is need of a Senior Manager of Operations.

Responsibilities:
- Implements and maintains an infrastructure in manufacturing operations to manage daily activities of the production areas to meet the quality, scheduling, logistical, and planning demands.
- Organizes manpower, equipment, processes and materials to maintain quality of products through all phases of production processes. Monitors the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness for manufacturing performance.
- Manages the scheduling of product, utilization of manpower, maintenance and acquisition of equipment to maintain a workload balance and proper capabilities to ensure quality and productivity.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or technical discipline, plus eight (8) years of direct engineering/manufacturing experience, preferably in a metal machining environment. Two of these years must be at a managerial level.
