This is not a cold calling position either, all calls will be warm. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Meet or exceed sales targets for all CO2 products
- Assist the CO2 Sales Manager with sales and provide support
- Obtain direct sales by contacting end users from the Wilmington office
- Work with distributors to achieve overall sales targets
- Obtain market information and pricing data on competitors products and provide information to management
- Provide input to strategic plans as required
- Follow ISO procedures and methods so that we maintain ISO certification
- Enter sales orders into the system and process the paper work for shipping
- Work effectively with other members of the team in both the U.S. and Israel
- Develop, improve and maintain Goldmine database for CO2 products and customers
- Organize, develop and participate as required in CO2 related trade shows
- Control and monitor returned CO2 products in a timely manner and when appropriate work with Israel to provide feedback to customer
- Building customer relationships and gaining rapport
- Handle customer calls and resolve conflicts timely and effectively
- Capability to learn about technical products, industry, and machines
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience in inside sales
- Knowledge of manufacturing Industry preferred
- Strong outbound calling skills
