Senior Siebel Analytics Developer

Our Business Analytics Services Area designs, develops, and implements services that support data warehousing, data integration and information delivery strategies, including business analytics and business intelligence. We have an immediate opening for a senior developer to join the Business Analytics team. This role works within the Allegis Group system development lifecycle (SDLC) to develop and support solutions using Siebel Analytics. Primary responsibilities include review of requirements to ensure understanding of business needs, reports development, unit testing, applicable design and code reviews, development support for testing, and documentation. This role reports to the Business Analytics Service Manager in the Allegis Group Information Services (IS) Department.

Siebel Essential Skills:
Informatica Power Center 7X (Designer, Worklflow Manager, Workflow monitor)
Data Warehouse Administration Console 7X(DAC)
Understanding of Siebel OLAP and OLTP Data Models.
Siebel Analytics 7.8 and above
Repository Design (Physical, business ,presentation layer)
Security model design
Report /dashboard design and development
Analytics Administration (Webcat,user setup etc)

Essential Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:
- B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of software development experience
- - Experience with Kimball design concepts
- 5+ years experience in using multi-dimensional data models as the basis for the report development
- 5+ years of experience using a relational database
- Experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL (Oracle 10g)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and troubleshooting
- Demonstrated skills in the areas of critical thinking and problem solving
- Demonstrated experience with all phases of a project's development lifecycle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn on the fly
- Ability to take direction
