Job Listing: Hospital Pharmacy Manager

On of Aerotek's Chicagoland Hospitals is looking to hire a full time Pharmacy Manager. This hospital is looking for an experience clinical registered clinical pharmacist.

As the Pharmacy Manager, this Pharmacist would be responsible for managing over 32 Full time employees including between 10-12 Pharmacists. They will be managing the 3 shift operation. Hours are day hours. Should expect a lot of interaction with nursing for medication management purposes. Will be utilizing McKesson, HMM, and Acudose.

This position is a permanent direct placement and is looking to interview and hire as soon as possible.

An ideal candidate would have:
- 2+ years of pharmacy supervisory experience from a hospital pharmacy setting (5 years pharmacist total)
- Need to have good operations experience
- Prefer strong demonstrated clinical experience
- Must be able to multitask, work under pressure and be very hands on
