Job Listing: Environmental Chemist

A leading firm in San Diego that specializes in large environmental remediation projects has an immediate need for an Environmental Chemist.

Job Responsibilities:
Position is responsible for all field sampling and sample collection and preparation, which also includes plan reviews, lab communications, creation of sample matrices, collaboration with Project Managers, field communications with Navy Representatives, and awareness of deadlines and budgets.

Basic Qualifications:
- Degree in Chemistry or Biology
- 3-5 years of experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with government databases (NEDD and NIRIS)
- OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER
