Job Listing: Customer Service Representative-Bilingual

Our client, a Tempe based non-profit debt management company, is seeking qualified candidates for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives.

This position will be assisting with maintaining a positive and collaborative relationship with clients and their creditors. This position is in a fast-paced office environment not in a call center.

Description:
- Assist clients with deposits and process back deposits in compliance with company procedures.
- Respond to client inquiries concerning account activity and monthly statements.
- Work with assigned clients proactively to prevent or resolve problems identified.
- Advise Client and Counselor of need to schedule follow-up counseling sessions.
- Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Computer savvy
- Ability to work under pressure
- 3 years of Customers Service Experience
****Must be able to pass Credit Check****
