Job Listing: TEMP Quality Assurance Associate

Aerotek Scientific, a national recruiting firm, is now hiring a 3rd shift (12am to 8:30AM) Quality Assurance Associate for a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Winchester, Kentucky. The essential responsibilities associated with this position are oversight of the manufacturing operations.

Directly responsible for performing all Quality functions for the business unit which include:

-Review batch records. Perform incremental approval of batch records.
-Perform product release in JD Edwards.
-Perform AQL evaluations and in-process physical testing.
-Real-time identification and resolution of documentation errors.
-Communicate and obtain any needed corrections
-Perform environmental sampling of the manufacturing suites in accordance with SOPs.
-Perform cleaning validation sampling of the manufacturing equipment in the event manufacturing personnel are not available.
-Audit of the manufacturing process to ensure procedures are followed.
-Evaluate manufacturing support areas such as the warehouse for compliance with cGMPs as described in SOPs.
-Identify manufacturing deviations or non-compliance's and reporting to manufacturing and/or quality assurance management as appropriate.

REQUIREMENTS:
-BA/BS or High School Diploma with a minimum of 6 months of directly applicable experience in the industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Effective written, and oral communication
-Mathematics and computer literacy skills.
-Experience with and working knowledge of Trackwise and Documentum.
-Have a general understanding of cGMPs
-Pay attention to details and have excellent organizational skills.
