Job Listing: Quality Assurance Manager

Aerotek Scientific is currently hiring a Quality Assurance Manager in Omaha, NE. This position is in a food/dairy environment.

Main job responsibilities include:
- make sure department and department employees are aligned with company policies and procedures.
- directs and monitors material and component supplier quality performance.
- initiate and implement employee training programs.
- evaluates the accuracy, frequency, levels of coverage, and acceptance standards of all inspection and testing procedures.
- direct all quality assurance activities and initiate improvement programs that will support conformance with customer and company requirements.
- provide and submit an annual budget
- supervisory responsibilities including selection, hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Qualified candidates must have:
- B.S. in food science
- previous experience working as a manger in a food quality assurance environment
- Safe Quality Food (SQF) experience
- previous management experience

This position will be a direct hire opening. Pay will range from $70,000 - $85,000.
