Job Listing: General Laborer Newark

Our client is seeking mechanically inclined general laborers.

People selected will be responsible for doing preventive maintenance and repair of non-motorized ground support equipment. The Job consists of assembly and disassembly of different types of bag carts, cargo containers, transporters and dollies to make repairs to the damaged sections of the products. Candidates should be able to use tools such as Impact guns, hand Drills, grinders, plasma cutters, wrenches and other electrical equipment in order to make the repairs.

The work will include taking off wheels and repairing them, working on the skin of the carts/containers and replacing parts if needed, repair involving cutting, drilling, riveting/fastening and other light mechanical duties.

Requirements:
MUST HAVE a good mechanical inclination and be familiar with using basic hand tools. High school diploma or GED, and reliable transportation. Must pass FAA 10 year criminal background check and DOT regulated Drug test.
