Job Listing: Telesales - Medical Device

Aerotek Professional Services is currently seeking a highly skilled Telesales Representative with relationship building experience for our client in Arcadia, Ca.

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be:

-Responsible for outbound telesales phone calls & developing customer relationships on a daily basis.

-Responsible for achieving department individual and sales goals through continuous relationship building follow through.

-Must have the ability to provide High-Quality Personalized Customer Service to enhance customer satisfaction with the Company products and services.

-Responsible for the telephone calls to Targeted Accounts/Leads.

-Must have the ability to establish rapport and build sales relationships with Targeted customers.

-Provide customer service and resolution and/or referral of all customer complaints.

-Maintain accurate PC software records of all customer order information, including detailed records of sales and customer contacts.

-Analyze, develop, and implement new procedures to improve service to our customers, efficiency in our department and/or improve profit margins.

Candidate must have 1-2 years of Telesales experience and strong customer service sales is a must.
