Our client, a leader in the financial industry, is seeking qualified candidates for a Call Center Management position.
This person's responsibilities will include:
- Promote a team-oriented work environment by assisting co-workers with resolving customer issues
- Ensure all work functions are performed within company standards
- Assume related responsibilities as required
- Assign tasks to staff to ensure timely response to customers
- Provide staff with the information they need to assist them in providing excellent customer service
- Resolve escalated customer issues
- Review and submit employee timesheets to Payroll Department
- Prepare and submit new-hire paperwork, Accident Reports, etc. to Human Resources
- Work closely with Marketing, Technology, and other departments to meet Service Center and company goals
- Ensure all telephone, computer, and other office equipment is in working order
- Prepare various reports to management as needed
- Prepare and post weekly staffing schedule based on anticipated call volumes and absenteeism
- Plan for future staffing needs based on anticipated call volumes and workflow in all areas
- Keep staff informed of company policies and procedures
- Monitor adherence to policies and procedures
- Manage phone coverage and staff availability utilizing available call center technology and techniques
- Manage daily workflow to ensure adherence to servicing standards
- Develop procedures that ensure customer satisfaction and protect the interests of the company
- Perform call monitoring, grading and coaching to staff to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards
- Identify training / development needs
- Arrange or provide individual and all-staff training sessions
- Perform employee reviews
This person must be able to work in stressful situations while remaining congenial with co-workers and customers.
They will be supervising a staff of 9 which includes one Lead.
Candidates MUST have previous banking experience.
The pay range is $31,200.00-$37,440.00.
Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
Must be able to pass drug screening and background check.
