Job Listing: Accounts Payable Clerk

This company is looking for an Accounts Payable clerk that will work with a team to handle their invoices. Located in Westminster, our client is a major competitor in the financial industry. This is an immediate opportunity.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Utilizing SAP and Quickbooks
- Experience in a fast paced environment
- High volume of Accounts Payable
- Coding and batching
- Excellence in Excel and 10-key
- Filing, faxing, emails and phones
- Must be able to multitask

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of accounts payable experience as well as skills with the above activities. There will be one other person in the department so candidates that have worked in a team environment are preferred. During month end activities, five hours of overtime will be expected.
