Job Listing: Sterility Supervisor

Nationally Recognized Laboratory in the Atlanta area seeks a Senior Supervisor or Supervisor that will provide support to the Sterility Manager and Assistant Manager. Will assist in overseeing testing and the daily operations of Sterility Department. Duties will include scheduling of workload, conducting worksheet release, contract review, generation of Client Technical Procedures, interacting with clients as needed, handling personnel issues, and working with management to ensure laboratory/client needs are met.

The ideal candidate will have at least a BS/BA in a biological science & a minimum of 5 years related experience, including 2-5 years supervising five or more employees in a laboratory or documentation environment.

Candidate must be capable of managing people and have strong oral and written communication skills. Must have the ability to interact and communicate with clients & other technical contacts in a professional manner. Must be capable of executing standard operating procedures, developing test methods, and analyzing and interpreting data.

Candidate must have a strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain focus. Must be diligent, organized, dependable, and have excellent time management skills.
