Customer Service / Inside Sales

A leading medical device manufacturer located in the north county area of San Diego is seeking an experienced Customer Service representative to join their team.

Duties for this position include:
- Assist Customers by taking orders and providing product information.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Support field sales staff with literature and product sample requests.
- Perform data entry of purchase orders, credit memos, and returns.
- Perform Telesales (Up-selling) 30% of the time.
- Interact with marketing and warehouse departments.
- File and maintain orders, invoices, and credits.
- Provide superior customer service.
- Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Superior phone skills
- Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Minimum 1 year of telesales experience
