As our operations are expanding, we would like to add several experienced Recruiters to our team. We are interested in talking with individuals who work within public accounting that are looking for a change and are excited about unlimited income potential. Many of our Top Producers have accounting backgrounds who were ready to change their career path without sacrificing their personal/professional networks. Our training program is exceptional and can get anyone who is willing to learn up to speed in a short amount of time. You will be given all the available resources to become a top performer in the region.

Responsibilities:
* Recruiting and networking with top accounting & finance talent
* Conduct in person interviews with potential candidates and clients
* Consulting with candidates on industry trend and placing candidates into permanent/direct hire or contract positions
* Checking candidate references
* Making cold and warm calls to potential candidates and clients

Job Requirements
* Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance or related field
* CPA or Big Four public accounting experience preferred but not required
* Dependable, goal oriented, and self-motivated
* Professional telephone presence; comfortable cold calling and generating leads
* Excellent communication and organizational skills

Compensation:
Commensurate with experience. First year recruiters on target to make between $75,000 to $100,000.
