Junior Research Scientist

A well established diagnostic company in the Princeton, NJ area has an immediate opening for an experienced Junior Research Scientist.

This individual will interact within a laboratory environment within an organized team environment. This position is on a contract basis, and is scheduled to last two years.

Major job duties include:
*Animal Husbandry
*In Vivo Protocols
*Small Animal Dosing (i.v. tail vein, subcutaneous)
*Oral Gavage
*Tissue Cultures
*Basic Histology techniques

Job Requirements and qualifications:
*B.S./B.A. in Biology or Animal Sciences, or related field
*Internship or equivalent experience beyond the classroom is preferable.
*Knowledge of tissue Culutre and histology techniques including immunohistochemistry and microscopy, with a willingness to learn more advanced techniques is a plus.

Standard work week is Monday - Friday on the first shift.
