Job Listing: Design Lead - AutoCAD

We are looking to hire an experienced Design Lead for a position in Hillsboro, OR.

The ideal candidate will be a Sr. Designer or mid-level engineer with 8-15 years of experience in the Architecture / Engineering design field (FACILITIES). Daily job responsibilities include the following:

*Schedule meetings, milestones and related tasks (Microsoft Outlook)
*Manage MDP Milestone / Task date changes to Scheduler & project team
*Maintain accurate real time schedules
*Coordinating work by designers and engineers
*Facilitate and lead meetings
*Gather and distribute pertinent project information to team players *Make sure design resources have accurate, leveled schedules
*Meet with design resources on a regular basis to ensure commitments are on track and that proper protocols are followed
*Drive timelines and agreed upon design strategies. Make every attempt not to go off process
*Work closely with the tool owners to ensure they understand the role of tool install design as well as their own roles prior to any design start.
