Job Listing: Administrative Assistant
Full time temporary and temp to hire opportunities available!
Job Duties will include:
Answer phones and be first point of contact for visitors
Accounts Payable and Receivable duties
Process PO's and handle all invoices
Schedule meetings and take meeting minutes
Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets
Assist with HR responsibilities - payroll, benefits administration, recruitment

Required Skills
Very strong proficiency with MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint (software testing will be required)
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
At least 5 years administrative experience
AP and AR experience strongly preferred, as well as any HR assistant experience.
Experience in construction industry preferred
