Job Listing: Desktop Support Technician with Lotus Notes 6.5
Work Description: Desktop Support, Tier 2 support for scientific, engineering and manufacturing business lines. Candidate will perform desktop support Tier 2 work, including support of Windows XP, Microsoft Office 2003 and Lotus Notes 6.5. Role includes asset management process work, including inventorying stock, managing movement of stock in and out of storage, validating asset database entries, and in general following the asset management process. Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows XP, MS Office 2003 and 97, Lotus Notes 6.5, Lotus Notes globalshares and bestnets, and remote access including VPN. Familiar with Dell hardware particulalry notebook models D6XX and desktop models GX. Must have a minimum of 5 years desktop experience and asset management experience
