Software Test Engineer - Level 4
The Office Communicator Test team is responsible for testing and maintaining one of the largest enterprise communications tools in the market! The team is hiring a contract STE who has demonstrated independence in testing production code and providing high quality product feedback.

This is an estimated 1 year contract position, through Volt Technical Resources - a division of a Fortune 1000 publicly traded Staffing Industry Leader, which is headquartered in Redmond, Washington. We are among the largest IT staffing companies in the US for contract/temporary and direct hire placements and support most of the top rated IT companies in the Pacific Northwest.

Required Skills

Required Skills for this Software Test Engineer - Level 4 includes the following:
Experience with Microsoft products through the development life cycle is required.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred or equivalent industry experience.
Experience in client-server testing. No coding is required.
Must have skills:

Experience working through the entire SDLC.
Strong, demonstrated industry software testing experience.
Client-Server, UI and Application Testing experience (1 or more is required).
Previous on-site experience gained while working for the Software Giant of Redmond, Washington. Any previous experience with Office Communicator, Live Server or MSN Messenger is a big plus.
Nice to have skills: Experience with Office Communicator, Live server or MSN Messenger
