The world's leading Aerospace company has a contract position available for a Property Management Specialist to work as part of a team.
Position Overview:
The Property Management Specialist:

Coordinates Property Management and controls activities to ensure continual accountability of Government, Associate Contractor, or company property, in accordance with applicable:

FAR (Federal Aviation Regulation)
DHS (Department of Homeland Security) Government regulations, customer contracts, or Corporate and Company policy

Initiates and maintains property accountability and audit records, and coordinates shipping, storage and asset tagging responsibilities.
Maintains GP (Government Procurement) records in accordance with applicable Desk Operating Instructions.
Performs physical inventory of assets in the custody of the Company.
Conducts property audits under the supervision of Property Management Administration policy, and property and team execution plans.
