Job Listing: Electronics Technician

Aerotek is looking for skilled individuals in the Reno/Sparks NV area to fill a contract to hire Electronics Technician position for a cutting edge manufacturer with a family-oriented work environment.

Electronics Technician will be performing hands on electronics work including soldering and surface mounting on PCB boards. Must also be computer literate as they will be generating test results documentation on a daily basis.

This position will also be responsible for working in an electronics lab-type environment with one other Engineering Technician. Day to day responsibilities will include creating and conducting testing on electronic prototypes. Will be collecting test data and correspond closely with the Engineering Department regarding troubleshooting of product.

Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of hands on electronics experience. Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings, blueprints and schematics. Will be working under minimal supervision so self motivation and the ability to work independently is a must.

Those working within an ISO 9000 environment are encouraged to apply.

Shift is M-F 8 am -5pm with some OT
Pay $18 - $20/hr plus DOE
