Job Listing: T. I. Senior Project Manager

An established Tenant Improvement general contracting firm providing high quality construction and construction management services to Northern and Southern California clients has an immediate need for a Senior Project Manager out of their Burbank office.

Job Description:

Candidate MUST have a minimum of 5 + years of SOLID T. I. construction experience, STRONG estimating skills, subcontractor acquisition and agreement coordination. Strong buy-out skills, detail orientated and excellent client communication expertise. Candidate must be able to complete projects on-time & on-schedule.

SKILLS:
Review Construction Documents, subcontractor selection based on scope & difficulty
Subcontractor list review, scope, and bid date w/ team leader, schedule / attend job walks
Take off assemblage
Architect/Client communication
Subcontractor’s proposal comparisons to spreadsheet
Finalization costs (buy-out) with subcontractors
Superintendent, subcontractor list, schedule, job description and special circumstances coordination (aka: Job Kit)

PROJECTS:

High Rise Office Buildings, Hospitals, Mixed Use-retail, restaurants, night clubs, banks, business parks, etc.
