Job Listing: Cold Fusion Programmer

TEKsystems is seeking 4 ColdFusion Programmers for Contact – Permanent positions in Aberdeen, MD with a large government integrator. The initial project will entail working on a financial management application. Once converted to a permanent employee, the successful candidate will work with one of many other project development teams. Though ColdFusion is required for this immediate project, future training will be available in areas such as ASP.NET and Sharepoint. This job will start out on a contract, and the successful candidate will become a permanent employee of our client after 6 months.

We require Cold Fusion developers with anywhere from 2-4 years of web development experience, with at least one year of recent ColdFusion development experience. Candidates should have strong Cold Fusion experience using Views and Tasks. They should also be familiar with common Stylesheets and comfortable working with and maintaining other developer’s code.

Experience working on am Oracle and-or SQL backend is strongly desired. Candidates should be able to write SQL queries and do minimal stored procedures work.

ASP.NET experience would be consider a plus, but is NOT required for consideration.
