Job Listing: Customer Service - Inside Sales

We are currently looking to hire a new class of 6 Customer Service Representatives for a client located in Burnsville, MN. This is a full time position, paying $12.00/hour. The current openings are on 1st and 2nd shifts.

Detailed Job Description:
Responsibilities will include handling inbound calls from customers in their call center. 90-95% of their time will be spent on the phone with over 75 calls per day. Candidates will also be responsible for upselling the products.

Qualifications:
-1 to 2 years of Call Center Experience
-Excellent communications skills over the phone.
-Good navigation skills and multitasking skills with different programs such as Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
-Telemarketing or sales experience is a plus.
