Job Listing: Applications Project Manager

Client in Chicago is seeking a Senior Project Manager to assist with two high-profile projects. Both projects are at least partially underway, but have no leader to drive them into completion.

A successful candidate will have solid relationship building/management skills. They will be dealing with individuals throughout the client in various departments. The PM will also have a Functional Lead and a Technical Lead assisting them. They must provide leadership and direction to keep driving the project. Individuals must be able to step in, assess the project status, and implement the client's methodology in order to surge forward.

This position requires a proven background in business analysis, requirements gathering, project planning, project execution management, and project resource management. This person will have a strong knowledge of software development and packaged software implementation lifecycles and have experience leading multiple software implementations. The position is responsible for gathering and clarifying business requirements, translating those requirements into plans of action.
