POSITION: Aviation Engineer
LOCATION: Marana, AZ
PAY: $40 - $50 hour Based On Experience
DURATION" 4-6 months

DESCRIPTION:
An Aviation Engineer is needed for an Aircraft Repair Facility in Marana, AZ. The job duties include, but are not limited to:

*Reviewing aircraft damage, researching service bulletins, aircraft OEM drawings, creating and issuing written instructions, drawings and procedures to support the repair of aircraft structural components
*Liaison between repair station and aircraft OEM's
*Providing technical direction to shop supervisor and craft labor with respect to inspection, repair, engineered modifications, machining, and welding
*Work in support of the short term business plan
*May interact with customers and vendors

REQUIREMENTS:

*3+ years of repair station experience of large commercial aircraft
*Knowledge of Boeing and Douglas drawing systems a must
*Strong written, verbal communication and problem solving skills needed
*Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, Adobe Pagemaker a plus
*BS in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or Engineering Technology required
