Job Listing: Picker Packer: Warehouse

A solar panel manufacturer in Vernon, Ca needs workers with Picking/Packing/Warehouse or Shipping and Receiving experience who are FORKLIFT CERTIFIED and shift flexible. Pay is $10/hr.

Job Description: Shipping and Receiving Clerk.
Our client, a medium sized manufacturer and distributor of Energy products, is looking for three Packaging/Shipping and Receiving Clerks.

Position Responsibilities
- Pulls and packages finished goods for customer orders using sitdown forklift, hand trucks, pallets, and plastic wrap (main duty) Loading / unloading of trucks Processes inbound product receipts with absolute accuracy.
- Performs counts of inbound and outbound material.
- Maintains high safety and housekeeping standards for the Shipping/Receiving area.

Mandatory Qualifications
- 2+ years experience packaging material in a shipping and receiving environment.
- Must have current forklift operators certification
- Good basic math skills.
- Ability to work well with others in a team based environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Customer service oriented.
- Must wear steel toed boots while on duty.

Shifts Available
There are three positions available- one on first shift and two on second shift. BUT ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE SHIFT FLEXIBLE.
The first shift is 6am-2:30pm
The second shift is 2pm- 10:30pm
This is a six month to hire position.

Pay
$10/hr.
