Job Listing: Area Service Manager

Our client company, a world leader in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning/refrigeration, is proud to announce an immediate opening for a Area Service Manager position for its Baltimore branch.


The Area Service Manager will be responsible for directing service projects, or a multitude of service projects of ongoing service agreements and emergency service work within an assigned territory or market. The Area Service Manager manages all aspects of the projects from beginning to end, with direct responsibility for project execution while leading a team, or teams, to accomplish specific objectives in a given time frame and with available resources. Area Service Manager directly supervises HVAC technicians in the service process.

Minimum Requirements:
- Associates degree or equivalent from a 2 year college or technical school; 4 to 10 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls is preferred
- Possess good language, mathematical, and reasoning skills
- Must possess a valid driver's license, acceptable driving history, EPA certification.
