Job Listing: Municipal Project Manager/Engineer

Our client company, a leading environmental engineering firm since 1910, has an immediate opening for a Municipal Project Manager located in our Moon Township (Near Pittsburgh), PA office.


The successful candidate will be responsible for existing municipal clients as well as reestablishing and supporting new contact with previous clients. This engineer will manage and successfully deliver municipal water, wastewater and environmental infrastructure projects that comply with the client's quality, technical, schedule, and budget expectation. This professional will be in charge and manager of projects involving the planning, design, and construction of municipal infrastructure facilities, especially in the areas of water treatment and distribution, wastewater collection, transmission, treatment, and effluent reuse/disposal.


Basic Qualifications:

-B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
-8 to 15 years experience in municipal water, wastewater and environmental systems planning, design and construction phase management/engineering support.

Preferred Qualifications:

-M.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
-15 + years experience in municipal water, waste water and environmental systems planning, design and construction phase engineering support; 10 years or more for Western Pennsylvania clients.
-Utility management experience as part of municipal/local government in PA
