Job Listing: Customer Service Representative

Our client, a fortune 500 company, is looking for individuals with strong customer service background. This person will be in charge of helping clients with Insurance questions as well as helping them sign up with the company. This will be Monday through Friday with a regular shift starting at around 12:00 pm and going as late as 10:00 pm Monday through Friday. Your shift will not change, however they need candidates that can work into the evening hours.

The persons duties will be learn to service property/casualty insurance business via direct (inbound) telephone and/or internet contact with current customer and agents in multiple states. They will learn to provide counseling regarding insurance needs and product availability. They typically specializes in one line of business. This person will need to pass a test provided by the client

To be qualified individuals will have to show strong customer service background, and customer service in an office setting. Phone experience is a must. Individuals with call center background are encouraged to apply. Ample training will be provided

This opportunity will be a direct placement with our client, all candidates will go through an interview process.
